Outdoor Skills
How could you be a Scout without learning how to tie knots, build a fire, and study the natural world around you? The Outdoor Skills Center teaches Scouts how to live comfortably in the outdoors and to understand and preserve our country's natural heritage. Scouts at OSC play games, go on hikes, build crafts, and study plants and animals native to our area. Each area runs it's own unique programs. The four areas are:
Pathfinders - for Scouts who will be tigers and wolves in the fall
Trailblazers - for Scouts who will be bears in the fall
Woodsmen - for Scouts who will be Webelos in the fall
Explorers - for Scouts working on their Arrow of Light that are not in Pioneer Camp
