Three generations of Eagle Scouts from the Atlanta Area Council.

The journey started by Robert Morell, Scoutmaster 1982-1988.

Five Eagle Scouts summit Mount Rainier in a five-day ice climbing trek up the Kautz Glazier to the 14,410 elevation. Together, the three sons earned their Eagle Scout in Troop 8 in Asheville, NC.

Troop 13 celebrates 93 years of Scouting with three new Eagle Scouts

Sam created a memorial bench for his Eagle Project in honor of his grandfather. His grandfather was the Scoutmaster of Troop 281 in Silver Creek, NE, for nearly 30 years.

Two brothers and their six sons celebrate the 8th Eagle Scout in two generations of Rodriggs Eagle Scouts.

Robert celebrates over 66 years of Scouting. His time has included trips to Philmont and Jamboree Staff in 1973 & 2013. He continues to share his joy of Scouting today with his grandkids.

Evan received the AFCEA International’s prestigious Emerging Leadership Award during a ceremony on February 13th, in conjunction with the AFCEA West Conference.

Dr. Casey Jakubowski, an Eagle Scout from GNFC (now Greater Western NY), has recently released his fifth book. With a strong commitment to education, Dr. J is a BSA Alumni Educators board member and dedicates himself to volunteer efforts in conflict management for scouts.

Duane has returned home, where he earned his Eagle, to volunteer as the charted org rep for two local units. He has served the Missouri VFW State Scouting Team for the past fifteen years.

The Matl family has recently added a fourth Eagle Scout.

Genevieve passed her Eagle Board of Review fifty years to the day her grandfather passed his. She is pictured with her older brother and grandfather at her Court of Honor.

Thirteen NESA & OA members spent a Day of Service at Camp Currier in Eudora, Mississippi, to install new Scout Law signage on the camp’s entry road.

William Kropa, Chairman of the Marine Corps League's National Scout Committee, was congratulated by the National Commandant of the Marine Corps League, for being selected to receive the Silver Antelope. The award was presented at the NAM event in Atlanta, GA, on May 31, 2023.

NESA Life Member Stephen Spratt and his wife Christine are pleased to welcome and congratulate their son Logan as Katahdin Area Council's newest Eagle Scout and now NESA Life Member!

M.W. Daniel Bartlett, Grand Master Mason of Maine, recently presented the Grand Lodge of Maine Masonic Scouting Achievement Medal to NESA life members and siblings Logan and Nora Spratt.

Ken Fritzsche youngest daughter Reagan followed in his footsteps by becoming an Eagle Scout. Reagan is a founding member of Troop 1853 in Springfield, Virginia.
