Beaver Day Beaver Day

Beaver Day

Beaver Day is an opportunity for your Cub Pack to help us get camp ready for the 2012 season.  The focus of this event is completing numerous service projects such as small construction projects, painting, gutter cleaning, and trail maintenance.  Our staff will provide a sampling of programs for your Scouts during part of the day on Saturday.

Beaver day online registration opens March 1st.  Lunch on Saturday is the only meal provided by the camp; however, the Camp Venture Crew will host a Spaghetti Dinner in our dining hall Saturday night.  Information regarding the Spaghetti Dinner will be sent to all registering units.

One campsite per unit will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  If you are provided a campsite, you will need to set up the tents and cots for the site.  This event is very well attended and campsites are limited.  Most participants will need to bring their own tent.

You should bring Tent & Ground Cloth, Sleeping bag & Pillow, Toiletries, Warm Clothing, Canteen, Sleeping pad, Flashlight, Rain gear, Fishing gear, Money, Food for Friday/Saturday/Sunday
